Chelsea was born in Santa Barbara, California, then moved to Hawai段 when she was 3 with her parents, Jim and Sandy, and her older sister, Stacy.
They lived in Kahala, Kailua and finally settled in Hawai段 Kai. Growing up in Hawai段 was a different experience, due to all the Pacific Rim influence.
Much of the population there is Asian and there seems to be a sort of family feeling on the islands, probably due to the fact that it is the most isolated land mass in the world.
Among some of the things that make Hawai段 special is how life evolved on the islands in a very unique way. There is the largest range of different bird and insect species there, yet, no native large animals bigger than a pig.
Kauai is the wettest spot on earth and the Big Island has a famed observatory atop Mauna Kea, the highest mountain in the world from sea level up.
There are few spots in the world which can parallel the gigantic waves surrounding this sea chain and Hawai段 can also claim the world痴 most active volcano, Kilauea.
For high school, Chelsea went to La Pietra, a girl痴 school sitting on the side of Diamond Head crater, just a couple miles from Waikiki. Here she made several close friends in this small school.
All of them went off island for college, including Chelsea. She attended Westmont College for 2 years, but found that she needed to go to a school that had her major so she transferred to the University of California at Santa Barbara.

There she finished her bachelors and stayed in Santa Barbara to work on her website business as well as some various other jobs.
She currently lives with her two roommates and her cat, Koa.
Chelsea and Dave met up through her roommate, Iveta, who had met Dave through their financial planning classes. She introduced them and they all went out a few times. Everything seemed to fall into place after that.
After 6 months of dating, Dave asked Chelsea to marry him... to which she very happily accepted.
Currently, among many wedding plans, Chelsea and Dave are training to run the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon.
David is working self-employed as a financial consultant and is also studying to take his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) test in March.
Chelsea & Dave have been busy but are looking forward to their upcoming vacation in July!
